Going back to Jumbo (which seems similar).both are tanks where the gun/armor/mobility balance is skewed heavily towards armor.so they feel like fortresses at their BR and can keep the armor effectiveness a bit above.(but can expect to keep it when -1BR).
If i recall correctly (didnt see many Kv220s) the tank is very strong at its BR and a major headache when it is top tier.so i doubt it is a candidate for BR increase.and surely not on the above argument. The compensation usually is they being heavily armored at their BR (and below). This phrase is valid for 80% of the tanks in cant be the main argument or all would be raised in BR.and the issue would remain.most tanks feel outgunned when overtiered.mainly the heavy tanks. (.) Why is it so under powered and outgunned?
(.) when it gets uptiered to X.X, which it does quite a bit, it does not perform well and is not a fun tank.
